Perfect location, it is important to be close to the Arsenalna metro station. Nice lobby, friendly staff. The room is spacious, comfortable bed, good blackout curtains, excellent soundproofing. Nothing interfered with a comfortable sleep. Breakfast is good and on the second day of stay was different from the previous one.

It is located in the very city centre; the hotel is just a short walk from the most famous places in Kyiv. The room is spick-and-span, friendly staff. There is a private parking lot in front of the hotel.

This accommodation was the best. The staff speaks English, which I needed as I am still learning Ukrainian. The hotel and kitchen staff do an amazing job (definitely try the steak, borshch or chicken Kyiv, so delicious!) The reception desk and security are some of the friendliest people you will find. Also, they are always aware of everything you need and what’s going on outside, so you can sleep well.

The value for money was excellent. Large and spacious room. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Despite being a standard room, it was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of storage space. Spick-and-span, including the carpet. Perfect noise and weatherproofing, great windows. The bathroom was also clean and well equipped. The breakfast buffet met many personal preferences and the espresso was more than acceptable.
